Store Manager

Gods is coming to London! 🇬🇧💙

We are opening our new store in Soho, London , and we’re looking for a Store Manager to lead the team and be part of this exciting new chapter for the brand.

📝 YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, motivate and develop the store team, creating a positive and high-performing environment.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring everything operates smoothly.
• Drive sales and store performance, monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience and ensure our brand values are reflected in every interaction.
• Manage staff rotas, attendance and day-to-day team organisation.
• Ensure excellent standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and product organisation.
• Oversee stock management, deliveries, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Ensure company procedures are followed, including cash handling, opening/closing procedures and health & safety.
• Work closely with the Retail and Head Office teams to ensure the store is aligned with the wider business.

🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of retail KPIs.
• Experience managing, motivating and developing a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive and hands-on approach.
• Passion for fashion, retail and customer experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a growing business.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Full legal right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.
