Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Deliver high-quality barbering services such as haircuts, shaves, and grooming treatments with precision and style
• Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized consultations
• Lead and motivate the team of barbers to achieve service excellence and professional growth
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and licensing requirements
• Handle client inquiries, appointment bookings, and walk-in services efficiently
• Promote a positive shop culture focused on teamwork, professionalism, and client satisfaction

Experience

• Proven experience as a senior barber or in a managerial role within a barber shop or salon environment
• Strong proficiency in hair styling techniques across various styles and trends
• Excellent communication skills in English to connect effectively with clients and team members
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide staff
• Exceptional customer service skills with an emphasis on creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Knowledge of health regulations, sanitation procedures, and industry best practices
