Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead relationships with residential developers, development directors and project stakeholders
- Identify opportunities across development pipelines and regeneration schemes
- Position digital screen infrastructure as part of asset strategy, placemaking and amenity offering
- Drive commercial negotiations and secure multi-site or portfolio-level agreements
- Navigate planning, design and delivery considerations alongside development teams
- Work closely with internal teams to align delivery with construction timelines
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with key developer groups
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years experience in residential development, development consultancy or related sectors
- Strong understanding of development lifecycle and stakeholder structure
- Proven ability to originate and close deals with developers or asset owners
- Established network within development community (highly desirable)
- Commercially driven, confident in negotiation and deal structuring
