What You’ll Work On

• Recruit and coach account executives, setting performance expectations and developing a market strategy for acquiring and growing mid-market customers.
• Lead senior customer discussions and maintain accurate forecasts, holding the team accountable for monthly and quarterly sales performance.
• Work with Operations, Product and Legal to resolve deal obstacles and improve onboarding, while representing the business at relevant industry events.

What They Are Looking For

• Experience: Ten or more years of B2B sales and at least three years directly leading and coaching sales teams.
• Experience: A record of managing multistage pipelines, exceeding revenue targets and influencing C-suite customers.
• Qualification: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred: Complex deals involving API integrations or vouchers, Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data-led sales optimisation.
