We-Curate is a beauty consultancy and brand development agency helping beauty, fragrance and lifestyle brands enter new markets, build retail partnerships and accelerate growth.

Working closely with brand founders, international teams and retail partners, we combine strategic advice with hands-on execution across sales, marketing, training and retail activation.

We are looking for an organised, proactive Assistant Brand Manager to join our London team and support the development of our brand portfolio in the UK.

The role

You will help turn brand plans into well-executed activity, supporting everything from retailer presentations and product launches to sales reporting, events and sample coordination.

Working with our UK and international teams, you will keep projects moving, information accurate and stakeholders informed. This role suits someone who enjoys both the creative and commercial sides of beauty and takes pride in getting the details right.

Key responsibilities

Brand and account support

  • Support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of beauty and fragrance brands.
  • Coordinate requests and follow-ups between brands, retail partners and the We-Curate team.
  • Prepare presentations, product information, meeting agendas and commercial materials.
  • Produce clear meeting reports capturing decisions, opportunities, responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Maintain action trackers and follow through on outstanding tasks.

Retail launches and marketing

  • Help coordinate product launches, retailer activations, promotional campaigns and events.
  • Track timelines, assets, stock requirements and deliverables.
  • Work with retailer teams to keep product listings, imagery and brand messaging accurate and up to date.
  • Support the organisation of training sessions, store visits and brand presentations.
  • Monitor in-store and online execution, identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.

Reporting and market intelligence

  • Compile sales reports and help analyse performance by brand, retailer and product.
  • Track launch results and promotional activity, highlighting key findings and recommended follow-ups.
  • Monitor competitor launches, pricing, retail activity and consumer trends.
  • Help translate research into useful insights for our brands.

Samples, stock and operations

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of samples, testers, products and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate deliveries and dispatches to retailers, trainers, press and other partners.
  • Keep the London office’s stock and sample storage organised.
  • Support showroom preparation, trade events and retailer meetings.
  • Track relevant expenses and invoices against agreed budgets.

What we are looking for

  • Ideally 1–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, account coordination or sales support within beauty, fragrance, luxury or consumer goods.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects and deadlines.
  • Clear, professional written and spoken English; French or another European language would be an advantage.
  • Confidence using Excel and PowerPoint to produce accurate reports and polished presentations.
  • Commercial curiosity and a genuine interest in beauty, fragrance and retail.
  • A proactive, practical approach: you ask questions early, flag obstacles and suggest solutions.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Confidence communicating with different stakeholders and working across international teams.
  • Willingness to handle practical tasks alongside brand and marketing projects.

Experience with UK beauty retailers, e-commerce platforms, product launches or retail training would be particularly valuable.

What success looks like

  • Brand projects and launches stay on track.
  • Retailers and brand partners receive timely, accurate responses.
  • Reports are clear, reliable and useful for decision-making.
  • Samples and marketing materials reach the right people on time.
  • Actions are followed through, with issues raised early.
  • The team can rely on you to take ownership of your work.

Why join We-Curate?

  • Work across a varied portfolio of beauty and fragrance brands.
