We are seeking an accomplished, proactive, and unflappable Executive Assistant to support one of our three founding partners. • Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics to ensure the Partner is fully prepared and focused on top priorities.
  • Anticipate conflicts and adjust schedules efficiently as priorities shift.
  • Drive execution. Track action items and initiatives (including in Microsoft To‑Do) through completion.
  • Act as gatekeeper. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Support special projects.
  • Assist with planning and executing special events.
  • Coordinate audio/visual and IT needs for onsite, offsite, and virtual meetings.
  • Coordinate, set up, and clean up high-level meetings and working lunches.
  • Provide firm support. Assist the administrative team as needed.
  • Personal support.  Seamlessly shift between executive‑level responsibilities and personal support, from preparing briefings to booking travel. Partner may occasional request assistance with personal errands.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and tactfully at all levels.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, strong prioritization and follow‑through, self‑motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, read a room, and respond effectively to changing priorities.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and pride in doing things the right way—every time.
  • Polished, professional, service‑oriented, and solutions‑driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Tools You’ll Use

  • MyCase (CRM/case management)
  • Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Zoom
  • LexisNexis

Work Schedule and Compensation

  • Full-Time, in-office four days a week (five days a week for initial 90-days)
  • $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience
  • Health benefits, paid time off, and performance-based bonus opportunities
