We are looking for an experienced ERP MANAGER to lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of our global business application landscape. As a member of the IT Leadership Team, you will drive digital transformation, application modernization, and business process optimization while managing a diverse portfolio of enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Business Applications strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Own the roadmap and governance of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, integration, and analytics platforms.
• Lead digital transformation, cloud adoption, and application modernization initiatives.
• Drive standardization and optimization of business processes across global operations.
• Build strong partnerships with senior business stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Lead and develop international teams across Business Applications, Data & Analytics, Integration, and Enterprise Systems.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective operation of business-critical applications.
• Oversee application support, service delivery, SLA compliance, incident/problem/change management, and continuous improvement.
• Manage strategic programs, including ERP/CRM implementations, global rollouts, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Establish and maintain governance across demand management, portfolio management, application lifecycle management, security, testing, and data governance.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing enterprise business applications.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading international and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing global ERP and CRM platforms.
• Strong background in digital transformation and enterprise application modernization.
• Manufacturing industry experience will be a strong advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, APIs, Integration Platforms, Data Warehousing, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and change leadership skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology investments with measurable business outcomes.
