Product Manager – Injection, EMEA

Europe’s leading distributor of sterile single use medical equipment for hospitals, clinics and health centers, as well as the pharmaceutical industry, is currently looking for a Product Manager. The company is uniquely focused on improving the Healthcare Professionals safety at work, by providing the latest safety medical device innovations, as well as investing in research and development.

Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Injection, EMEA to lead the strategy, development, and commercial performance of our Injection portfolio across the EMEA region.

The role combines strategic product management with strong commercial ownership, working closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Finance to drive portfolio growth and successful product launches.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Injection and Regional Anesthesia portfolio across EMEA, aligned with business objectives and regional market needs.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including portfolio strategy, new product development, launches, commercialization, optimization, and phase-out.

• Act as the voice of the customer, using market, customer, competitor, and industry insights to identify opportunities and shape product development priorities.

• Take ownership of product category performance, including revenue, gross profit, profitability, growth, and market share.

• Lead new product launches, including positioning, pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and go-to-market activities, in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing.

• Partner with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and technical teams to translate market requirements into relevant product solutions and ensure regulatory compliance across EMEA.

• Act as the key product owner and subject matter expert for the Injection portfolio, driving cross-functional alignment and proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and actions to support business growth.

Requirements:

• Several years of relevant experience in Product Management, preferably within Injection, medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated B2B environment.

• Proven experience in product strategy, portfolio management, and new product launches.

• Experience managing products across multiple markets or regions, ideally within EMEA.

• Strong commercial mindset and experience with revenue, profitability, growth, and market share targets.

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Finance, and other stakeholders.

• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
