Marketing Manager Household (f/m/d)

Our client, an international company operating in the household appliances sector, is looking for an experienced and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing operations and drive brand communication across multiple sales channels.

This role combines strategic thinking with operational execution and offers the opportunity to manage a small, agile marketing team while shaping communication strategy and e-commerce content development in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing a marketing team of 3 specialists, including setting priorities, coordinating projects, and supporting team growth
• Creating and executing integrated communication and brand strategies aligned with business objectives
• Overseeing the development of e-commerce and product content across online sales channels and marketplaces
• Managing product communication, digital campaigns, and marketing initiatives supporting both B2B and B2C activities
• Ensuring consistency of brand messaging and visual communication across all customer touchpoints
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, and E-commerce teams to support commercial goals and product launches
• Coordinating the creation of marketing materials, product descriptions, rich content, newsletters, and digital assets
• Working with external agencies and partners in the areas of digital marketing, creative production, and media buying
• Monitoring market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new communication opportunities
• Analyzing campaign effectiveness and optimizing marketing activities based on performance metrics

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Brand Manager role
• Previous experience managing a small marketing team
• Strong understanding of communication strategy, brand management, and digital marketing
• Hands-on experience in e-commerce content management and online product communication
• Experience working with consumer electronics, FMCG, home appliances, or related industries will be a strong advantage
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership competencies
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level) enabling daily work in an international environment
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution
• Proactive, business-oriented mindset and high level of independence
