About Fleetlery

Fleetlery is a fast-growing logistics and staffing company specializing in last-mile delivery and courier operations. We work with leading platforms and retailers across Europe and are continuously expanding our geographic footprint.

As part of our European expansion, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced General Manager Poland (m/f/d) to build, lead, and scale our operations in the Polish market.

This is a senior leadership role with significant ownership. You will be responsible for establishing Fleetlery’s operational organization in Poland and developing it into a scalable, high-performing business.

Your Mission

As General Manager Poland , you will take end-to-end responsibility for establishing and scaling Fleetlery’s Polish operations.

You will build the local organization, establish operational structures and processes, manage our courier operations, and develop a high-performing leadership team.

You will work closely with Fleetlery’s founders and central teams while taking significant ownership of the Polish market.

Your Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for Fleetlery’s operations in Poland .
• Build and scale our local organization from the ground up.
• Recruit, lead, and develop Operations Managers, Team Leads, and operational teams .
• Establish scalable structures for managing large courier fleets across multiple cities.
• Take ownership of operational performance, service quality, and profitability.
• Define, monitor, and continuously improve operational KPIs such as productivity, acceptance rates, delivery quality, and cost per delivery.
• Develop efficient processes for courier recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, scheduling, and performance management .
• Launch new cities, customers, and operational projects.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Work closely with Fleetlery’s central Operations, Finance, HR, and Tech teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations through technology, automation, and data .
• Ensure that our operations comply with applicable local labor and regulatory requirements.
• Support the development and execution of Fleetlery’s broader growth strategy in Poland.

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience , ideally in food delivery, quick commerce, last-mile logistics, platform operations, or a comparable high-volume operational environment .
• Several years of proven leadership experience , including responsibility for larger operational teams.
• Ideally, experience managing managers or team leads , not only individual contributors.
• Strong understanding of courier operations and workforce management .
• Experience building or scaling operations across multiple locations or cities is highly desirable.
• Strong track record of managing operations through KPIs and data .
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build structures in an environment where not everything is already defined.
• Comfortable combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution .
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to balance growth, operational quality, and profitability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Polish and English are required. German is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to travel within Poland and occasionally across Europe.
