Position Summary:

We are looking for a stand-out Project Manager to lead end-to-end finished goods (FG) transfers to EMO (third-party manufacturing) within the Europe Disentanglement programme. This is a significant and complex Business Transformation to create a standalone operation by separating Vestacy business from Reckitt core, touching all functions, with Supply Chain and Manufacturing at its heart.

You will run multiple sub-projects in parallel (typ. 2-4), each lasting 6-24 months, depending on complexity. You will own delivery: developing an integrated plan, identifying risks/issues, execution and escalation, ensuring no disruption to supply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a portfolio of EMO transfer projects end-to-end (2-4 in parallel).
• Build and drive integrated project plans covering all workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: R&D, Quality, Procurement, Regulatory, Logistics, Finance.
• Drive EMO manufacturing readiness (validation plans, documentation, process readiness - through functions).
• Own risk and issue management: quantify impact, drive mitigation, escalate early with solutions.
• Ensure supply continuity.
• Track and control project costs (no direct budget ownership) and escalate deviations.
• Provide clear, fact-based reporting to PMO and senior stakeholders.
• Drive execution discipline - no passive coordination.

The Experience we are looking for:

• 3-5 years project management experience in FMCG / pharma / regulated environment.
• Proven delivery of complex supply chain or product transfer projects.
• Strong communication skills at all levels of the organisation including stakeholder management and influencing.
• High degree of autonomy with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Results oriented, with ability to manage multiple projects in parallel under pressure.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Structured, pragmatic and delivery-focused mindset.
• Fluent English; Polish is a plus.
• Willingness for occasional travel within Europe (limited, mostly remote collaboration).
• Previous experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Production environments is a nice-to-have.
• Previous experience in Change Management, significant Business Transformation (operational or digital) is a plus.
