At Fazer Poland, we are growing our iconic confectionery brands Dumle and Geisha and building long-term partnerships with the assigned leading Polish retailers. We are looking for a commercially driven professional who enjoys developing business, building customer partnerships and working cross-functionally to deliver sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing relationships with key retail customers.
• Delivering sales, distribution and profitability targets.
• Negotiating commercial agreements and promotional activities.
• Preparing business reviews, forecasts and customer presentations.
• Coordinating new product launches and customer activations.
• Managing customers holistically and taking ownership of their business development.
• Anticipating future customer needs and transforming them into business opportunities.

Compensation

The base salary of this position is between PLN 15 000 – PLN 17 000 / month depending on the knowledge and professional experience of the selected candidate. This role is eligible for annual bonus plan (as confirmed each year separately by Fazer) with a target level earning potential of 10 % of annual salary.

We are looking for a commercially driven professional who can build long-term customer partnerships and drive sustainable business growth. You take a proactive approach to customer development, work effectively across functions, and turn insights into actions that create value for both customers and Fazer. You are self-driven, highly independent, and motivated by building new opportunities, taking ownership, and delivering results.

We expect you to have:

• Experience in FMCG sales, Junior/Key Account Management or another commercial role.
• Understanding P&L, Category Management, and Trade Marketing.
• Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer partnerships and manage customers holistically.
• Proactive approach and ability to identify future customer needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Very good command of English and Polish.
