Job Summary
Ace Records Retrieval, LLC is a provider of New Jersey criminal and civil searches. We are currently seeking a full-time Court Records Researcher. Training will be conducted remotely.

REQUIRMENTS:
Training for this job takes anywhere from 1-3 months. Due to this fact we are looking for candidates that can commit to at least one year of employment.
- Typing skills of 40 wpm (a test will be administered)
HOURS:
9a.m - 5p.m EST (30 minute lunch break) Weekends/Additional Hours Optional
DAYS: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct criminal background searches on several applicants daily.
- Process criminal records when found.
- Gather information from several sources and process in a timely manner with accuracy and superior attention to detail.
- Be able to deliver high quality and quantity of work.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent. Courthouse knowledge a plus
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of the Promis Gavel System, eCourts, and Municipal Court Case Search are a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
