Real Estate Expert - AI Training (Remote, US-Based Contractor)

Position Summary

In this remote contractor role, you will design realistic, complex AI-training tasks drawn from your own working experience in the Real Estate and Rental and Leasing sector. Each task recreates a genuine workplace request and the finished work product a competent professional would produce in response, so that AI models can be trained and measured against real professional standards.

A complete task includes four parts:

• An authentic workplace request, written the way a client, broker, principal, or colleague would actually phrase it
• The source files needed to complete the request, such as listing data, comparables, lease documents, property financials, disclosures, correspondence, or marketing briefs
• An ideal finished deliverable, produced to the standard you would send to a client or supervising broker
• Simple evaluation criteria that define what a correct and complete response must contain
• Typical subject matter spans residential and commercial brokerage, listing and buyer representation, comparative market analysis and pricing, offer and negotiation workflows, transaction coordination and closing, leasing and tenant screening, property management, and disclosure and compliance work.
• Tasks are intentionally realistic and detailed, taking up to four hours each to build. Contributors are paid per accepted task.

Profile Requirements

• Based in the United States
• Native or native-level English
• Real work or project experience in the US Real Estate and Rental and Leasing sector, with direct familiarity with the documents, systems, and workflows used in practice
• Ability to write authentic workplace requests and produce polished deliverables that reflect genuine professional standards
• Exceptional attention to detail, including accuracy of figures, terminology, and document structure
• Ability to define clear, objective criteria for what makes a deliverable correct
• Reliable and self-directed, with consistent output quality in a remote, asynchronous workflow

Preferred Experience

• Active or previously held real estate salesperson or broker license, with state stated
• Experience across more than one property type or transaction type, for example residential resale, commercial leasing, or property management
• Prior experience with AI data training, annotation, or model evaluation
