Power Platform Architect - AI

For our client, we are seeking a Power Platform Architect - AI to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape the architecture and delivery approach for enterprise automation and AI-enabled solutions across a remote organization. You will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to turn platform strategy into scalable, governed implementations that improve efficiency and support long-term business outcomes. The position also involves mentoring team members, advancing best practices, and ensuring solutions are aligned with architectural standards and compliance expectations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Power Platform strategy and delivery plans
• Identify automation and AI opportunities to enhance business processes
• Lead solutions from design through to support transition
• Drive initiative momentum by managing dependencies and removing blockers
• Mentor team members on best practices and platform capabilities
• Develop and mature governance frameworks and reusable components
• Monitor platform health and ensure compliance with architecture standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 12+ years in software engineering or enterprise technology leadership
• 7+ years of direct Microsoft Power Platform expertise
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale Power Platform initiatives
• Proven ability to establish architecture standards and governance models
• Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills
• Hands-on leadership in a remote environment with strategic problem-solving
