Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Copilot Studio Developer/Engineer with hands-on experience in developing AI agents, generative AI solutions, and business process automation using Microsoft Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Copilot Studio agents, topics, conversation flows, and Custom Engine Agents.
- Integrate agents with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Teams, Graph APIs, and Azure services.
- Develop custom actions, plugins, connectors, and Power Automate workflows.
- Implement RAG, knowledge sources, grounding, security, and access controls.
- Manage agent testing, deployment, versioning, and Dev/Test/Prod environments.
- Troubleshoot agent performance, optimize prompts, and provide ongoing support.
Required Skills:
- Microsoft Copilot Studio and Custom Engine Agents
- Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- SharePoint Online and Dataverse
- Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and custom connectors
- Azure Functions and Azure OpenAI
- Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility
- AI agent security, governance, and compliance
Preferred Candidate: Hands-on experience building, integrating, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade Copilot Studio agents.
