What is the AI Center of Excellence Team, and why join? The IT AI Center of Excellence (AI COE) is a hub for AI strategy, platform management, and enablement - driving the adoption of AI tools and capabilities across WWT. This role is not a traditional analyst seat. You’ll support the team across a wide range of needs — platform operations, quality assurance, and everything in between — and be trusted to context-switch between priorities as they shift. What will you be doing? As an AI Platform Analyst on the team, you’ll support the day-to-day health of our platform, safeguard the quality of the custom applications we ship - including Atom, the Atom AI Portal, and the agentic framework behind them - and help keep the team moving across a constantly shifting set of priorities.
