Job Description
We’re currently searching for a dedicated Senior QA Engineer to own the quality of agents. The role suits someone who has tested AI systems in production and also has a solid grounding in classic QA.
What you’ll be doing
- Evaluating AI agent behaviour
- Owning QA across the wider product, including regression, smoke testing and release sign-off
- Working closely with the applied AI engineers building the agents and the teams deploying them
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on experience testing or evaluating LLM, chatbot or AI agent systems in production
- A strong understanding of agentic workflows end to end
- Experience building evaluation criteria, grading rubrics or test sets for AI outputs
- Test planning, regression, smoke testing, bug triage and release processes
Nice to have
- Voice agent, IVR or contact centre testing
