Casyoo’s focus on innovation, reliable after-sales support, and customized solutions makes it an attractive workplace for professionals who value technical excellence and customer impact.

Role Description The Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design Engineer role is a full-time, remote position focused on designing and optimizing PCB layouts for LED lighting products and related electronic systems. The engineer will translate product requirements and electrical schematics into robust, manufacturable board designs, ensuring signal integrity, thermal performance, and compliance with relevant standards. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with electrical engineers and product teams, selecting appropriate components, performing design reviews, and updating PCB designs based on testing feedback and field performance. The role also involves preparing design documentation, supporting prototype builds, and working closely with manufacturing partners to resolve design-for-manufacturing and design-for-test issues. This position requires proactive communication in a distributed team environment and a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Circuit Design and Electrical Engineering, with experience in designing PCBs for commercial or industrial electronic products.
  • Hands-on expertise with Analog circuit design, including power supplies, signal conditioning, and interface circuits relevant to LED lighting.
  • Proficiency in Board Layout, including layer stack-up design, routing, grounding strategies, and thermal management for high-reliability applications.
  • Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) considerations in PCB design, such as EMI/EMC, high-speed signals, and interference mitigation.
  • Experience using PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, or similar) and working with standard CAD and simulation software.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes for PCBs and electronic assemblies, including DFM/DFT principles and industry standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple design tasks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of LED driver circuits, power electronics, and compliance standards (such as CE, UL, ROHS) is a plus
