Job Description
What this is
Referna runs small referral circles for independent professionals. Each circle is a fixed group of non-competing experts who meet regularly and pass client referrals to one another. We’re opening one seat per profession per circle, and the UX / Interaction Design seat is currently open.
Who it’s for
You run your own practice — fractional, consulting, or advisory — and you serve business clients. You already get some work through your network and want that to be systematic rather than accidental.
What you’d do
Meet with your circle on a recurring basis. Make introductions when someone in the circle is a fit for your client. Receive the same in return.
What you get
Client referrals from a vetted group of peers who serve the same kind of companies you do.
Not a salaried role. This is a seat in a professional referral network, not employment. There is no wage — the return is client work generated through referrals.
