About the role:
To support the Professional Lead Human Resources Management and Development, Senior Officers and the Organisation Design and Development team to achieve the objectives within the People Strategy to aid with supporting and maximising the performance and effectiveness of the workforce.
About you:
You will have experience, ideally in leadership and management, that you can draw from in your delivery of engaging learning activities. You are enthusiastic and passionate about teaching, learning and developing individuals’ skills through a range of training programmes and interventions. You are a proactive, tech-savvy individual who can translate learning needs into engaging digital content. Additionally, you are confident leading groups in person.
What you will do:
Deliver training to staff across all services within the organisation, both face to face and through digital platforms, along with the delivery of a suite of training courses. Work with partnership organisations on the design, facilitation and delivery of joint initiatives.
Pay: £39,481.00-£41,177.00 per year
