I’m the bottleneck.

I decide what we test. I buy the media. I also run the company. Something has to give, and it shouldn’t be the ads.

You’d own the call. Copywriters, a coordinator, editors, creators and on-camera talent are already here and shipping. What’s missing is the person who decides what they make next, and why.

You’d write. Really write. Blank page to finished script, better than anything I’d have briefed. Then make the copywriters’ drafts better too. You’ll also watch more footage of people doing laundry than anyone reasonably should.

Green shouldn’t mean beige. Somewhere along the way, eco-friendly started meaning worthy and a little sad. We make the version people actually want. Zero plastic packaging. Made in Canada. Luxurious to use. Your job is to make that land in three seconds.

Our environmental claims come from an approved list, because Canadian law says so. Inside those lines, go wild.

There’s no office. We’re remote, across Canada. A couple of times a month we rent a real house and shoot. Phones, good light, real kitchens. You’ll be on set for some of them.

• Media buying too, if you’re strong at it.

You’re right for this if

• You write scripts that are finished, not concepts someone else has to finish.
• You’ve owned high-volume paid social creative and built the testing system behind it.
• You know what Andromeda changed, and your process changed with it.
• You’ve done this at a performance agency or a scaled DTC brand. Title doesn’t matter.

This isn’t for you if

• You’d rather direct than write.
• You want creative freedom without a scoreboard.
• You need an office to feel like you’re at work.

Pay and perks

• $100,000–$120,000 CAD base.
• A performance bonus. The better the ads do, the better you do.
• Remote anywhere in Canada. Travel to shoots covered.

The last step is an hour-long working session with me. No homework.
