Job Description
We are working with a leading technology consultancy deeply involved in significant digital transformation initiatives for central government clients. This organisation is at the forefront of modernising public services, leveraging cutting-edge cloud-native solutions to deliver impactful and secure digital platforms.
The Role
- Join a major digital transformation programme for a Central Government client
- Work within a cloud-native AWS and Java environment
- Build, maintain and optimise infrastructure, deployment pipelines and cloud platforms
- Support critical public-facing digital services
- Collaborate closely with Architects, Developers, Security and Delivery teams
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer within large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Strong Central Government/public sector experience
- Significant hands-on experience with AWS
- Strong Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, CloudFormation or similar
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Experience supporting Java-based applications and microservices architectures
