We’re looking for a mid-level full stack with a product mindset and genuine fire for building AI-native systems. You’ll work directly with the founding team, own features end-to-end, and use AI coding tools — Claude Code, GitHub Copilot — as a core part of how you work. • Strong Python — FastAPI, async/await, Pydantic

• PostgreSQL — Building scalable and schema evoluation/fleaxbile data model design experience

• Expertise with LLM SDK’s — prompt engineering, func tool calling, context management, structured outputs, chat session mgt

• CloudFare, Vercel, Fly.io, Docker, CI/CD

• Proficient with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) in daily workflow

• Background in EdTech, HRTech, or developer tools

• Design and build scalable agentic REST APIs and background processing pipelines

• Extend our LLM-based scoring engine — multi-dimension candidate evaluation, structured outputs, streaming

• Build async task processing — scoring pipelines, resume analysis, webhook handlers

• Work with cloud storage, session persistence, and PostgreSQL at scale

• Collaborate on LangChain / LangGraph multi-agent workflows

• Write clean, well-tested, observable code with proper logging and error handling

• Use Claude Code and GitHub Copilot as expert AI collaborators to deliver fast, reliable, production-grade code
