Role Description

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining the technology layer that powers Caprae Capital’s deal sourcing and AI-driven research engine. This includes developing and improving features across full-stack applications, contributing to AI/ML development workflows, and working seamlessly across backend and frontend systems. The role will also involve managing deployments on Ubuntu servers, maintaining already-deployed services, and moving quickly to ship solutions and resolve issues as they arise, supporting Caprae’s rapidly scaling tech infrastructure across its M&A and ETA platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve features across full-stack apps.
• Contribute to AI/ML development workflows.
• Ship quickly and address issues as they come up.
• Work across both backend and frontend.

What we look for

• Full-stack development experience.
• Solid understanding of databases (schema design, queries, and data handling).
• Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Experience with the React framework.
• Comfort working with Ubuntu servers and handling deployments.
• Understanding of already-deployed services and how to maintain them.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pick up new tools quickly.
• Full-time, remote position.
