About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Web Developer Intern who is interested in building complete web applications and wants to gain hands-on experience across both frontend and backend development.

As a Full Stack Developer Intern, you will work with our development team to build, improve, test, and deploy web applications while gaining exposure to real-world development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications.
• Build frontend interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and application logic.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Work with databases and perform basic database operations.
• Debug and resolve frontend and backend issues.
• Develop reusable and maintainable code.
• Implement authentication and basic application security practices.
• Test applications and ensure functionality across devices and browsers.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project teams.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Contribute to live and internal WeIntern projects.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of a frontend framework such as React.js.
• Basic understanding of backend development using Node.js / Express.js or similar technologies.
• Basic knowledge of databases such as MongoDB or MySQL.
• Understanding of REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Next.js.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience building REST APIs.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of Docker or cloud services.
• Previous full-stack academic, personal, or freelance projects.
