Full-Stack AI Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack AI Developer

to lead the development and implementation of the company’s AI transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will build production-ready AI applications, create intelligent AI agents, and integrate them into CRM platforms and business workflows.

This role combines full-stack software engineering, AI-agent development, CRM automation, and rapid AI-assisted product development

. The candidate will own projects end to end - from understanding business requirements and designing the solution to development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

The role is intended for a practical builder who can move quickly from concept to working product while maintaining strong standards for security, reliability, scalability, and user experience. Modern AI-agent roles commonly involve Node.js orchestration, tool calling, APIs, CRM integrations, dashboards, permissions, and human approval workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered applications using Node.js and modern full-stack technologies.
• Create AI agents with prompts, workflows, tool calling, memory, guardrails, and fallback logic.
• Build CRM automations for lead qualification, follow-ups, customer support, scheduling, and data management.
• Develop agent monitoring, logging, evaluation, error handling, and performance-improvement processes.
• Develop secure REST APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, and backend services.
• Build user interfaces, dashboards, agent-management tools, and monitoring screens.
• Work with JSON for API communication, data transformation, validation, and AI tool schemas.
• Implement human-in-the-loop controls for sensitive, high-risk, or irreversible actions.
• Test, debug, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI solutions.
• Ensure application security, user permissions, data privacy, scalability, and reliability.
• Document system architecture, integrations, workflows, and agent behaviour.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve business efficiency through AI.

Must-Have Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

  , including strong hands-on experience with Node.js and full-stack application development.

• At least 2 years of experience building AI-powered applications, AI agents, LLM integrations, or CRM automation solutions

  , with demonstrated end-to-end delivery from design through production deployment.

• Equivalent professional experience, relevant certifications, or a strong portfolio of production AI and full-stack applications may be considered.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Full-stack development and experience building or integrating AI agents and LLM-powered applications.
• Strong knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Experience integrating CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics, or similar.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, databases, testing, and deployment.
• Proven end-to-end development experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
