Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer who can independently handle both frontend and backend development, build scalable applications, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to technical decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in modern web technologies, good problem-solving skills, and a solution-oriented approach. You will work closely with the development, QA, and project management teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications across both frontend and backend.
• Build clean, scalable, secure, and maintainable code.
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective development solutions.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Design and develop backend services, APIs, and business logic.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services when required.
• Work with databases, including designing queries, managing data, and optimizing performance.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across frontend and backend.
• Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve bugs efficiently.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architecture and implementation decisions.
• Estimate development tasks and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
• Take ownership of assigned modules/features from development through deployment and support.
• Stay updated with new technologies and suggest improvements where they can add value.

Required Skills

Frontend:

• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with React.js / Angular / Vue.js
• Good understanding of responsive design and frontend performance
• Experience with REST API integration

Backend:

• Strong experience with at least one backend technology such as Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, or .NET
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and API security

Database:

• Good experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB or similar databases
• Understanding of database design, queries, indexing, and optimization

Development & Tools:

• Strong understanding of Git and version control
• Familiarity with deployment, CI/CD, or cloud environments is a plus
• Understanding of debugging, logging, and performance optimization
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development processes

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Understanding of automated testing
• Familiarity with Redis, queues, or caching mechanisms
