Website and Digital Experience Manager

Position Summary:

The Website and Digital Experience Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, performance, and optimization of the company website. This role ensures the website delivers exceptional customer experience, supports business objectives, and drives traffic, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the overall performance and health of the company website.
• Manage website content, landing pages, promotions, and product information.
• Monitor and improve website user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
• Partner with Marketing, IT, Product, and Creative teams to deliver website enhancements.
• Coordinate with external agencies and developers to implement updates and resolve issues.
• Support SEO initiatives to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Conduct A/B testing and make data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and sales.
• Ensure website functionality, security, and mobile responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience managing websites or eCommerce platforms.
• Experience with CMS platforms (Shopify, Magento, WordPress, or similar).
• Strong understanding of SEO, UX, analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Location

• Preference for this individual to sit onsite or work hybrid from either Corona, CA or Grand Prairie, TX
• Open to remote work from one of these states: CA, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, TX, UT, VA, or WI
