About The Role We are seeking a talented Product Designer specializing in UI/UX to join our dynamic team in Luxembourg. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and continuously enhancing user-centric product interfaces across the entire product lifecycle. Your primary responsibility will be translating complex requirements into clear, intuitive designs, specifications, and seamless handovers for development teams. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and development teams to ensure a cohesive user experience that aligns with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative design solutions, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment. This position offers the opportunity to influence the development of our design systems and UI component libraries, ensuring consistency and quality across all products.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in UI/UX design, with proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or Interaction Designer within an agile setting. Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma is essential, along with experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Candidates should have excellent communication skills in both German and English, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and user research activities. A good understanding of technical constraints and close collaboration with frontend development teams is highly desirable. Additional qualifications include experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence, as well as a structured approach to design handovers and documentation. A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conceiving, designing, and iteratively improving user-centered product designs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Transforming requirements into clear visual designs, detailed specifications, and developer-ready assets.
• Facilitating communication and alignment with clients, internal teams, and development partners through moderated discussions and reviews.
• Creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that enhance user experience.
• Conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to refine design solutions.
• Participating actively in building, maintaining, and evolving our design system and UI component library to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborating closely with product management and software development teams to ensure designs are feasible, implementable, and aligned with UX standards.
