Online Graphic Artist/Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Artist/Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to create high-quality artwork and designs for proofing and production using CorelDRAW. The ideal candidate will also assist with creating production-ready artwork, handling customer inquiries, and creating images for online store listings, ad banners, and promotional materials. Familiarity with graphic design software and basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is an asset in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
● Create and prepare artwork for proofing and production using CorelDRAW (required).
● Create production-ready artwork based on customer orders, specifications, and approved proofs.
● Handle customer inquiries professionally and assist with questions related to orders, designs, proofs, and product details.
● Design and edit images for product listings, advertisements, banners, and other promotional materials.
● Assist with e-commerce-related tasks and product listings as needed.
● Collaborate with the team to ensure designs meet client specifications and production standards.
● Maintain consistency and quality across all artwork and designs.
● Assist in creating visually appealing content for digital marketing campaigns.
● Utilize tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar software to enhance and adapt designs as needed.
● Stay updated with design trends and best practices to ensure fresh and innovative outputs.
● Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Must be online and available during assigned work hours.

Qualifications:
● Work schedule will be either 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, depending on the roles and responsibilities assigned.
● Must have his/her own computer and a reliable internet connection.
● Has professional experience of 1–2 years.
● Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
● Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, and other design tools is preferred.
● A college degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, Media, or a related field is helpful but not required.
● Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and layout.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
● Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
● Prior experience in a similar role, e-commerce environment, or production-based environment is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php29,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month
