Position Overview

As a Product Designer at Quore, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and customer-centered user experiences across our products. Partnering with Product Management and other stakeholders, this role contributes to product discovery and translates product and design direction and complex requirements into incredible user experiences. The Product Designer owns design execution from exploration through final deliverables and applies independent judgment to develop thoughtful solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical considerations. The designer owns the continuous improvement of our products.

This role will work in-person 4 days a week. We kindly ask that only candidates who are willing and able to work in person at our Franklin, TN office apply for this position.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Management and other stakeholders to understand user needs, clarify user problems, and provide design recommendations that inform product solutions.
• Translate product and design direction into thoughtful, user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Execute the design process from established direction through final deliverables, including exploration, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and development handoff.
• Produce interactive prototypes and visual designs suitable for stakeholder review and engineering implementation.
• Write and refine interface microcopy to support usability and consistency.
• Follow established design standards, patterns, and component libraries to enable consistent user experiences for end users.
• Evaluate existing workflows and designs to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement within established product and design direction.
• Participate in cross-functional design reviews by presenting design solutions, communicating design rationale, and incorporating feedback to refine solutions and improve design quality.
• Follow recurring UX patterns and recommend scalable design solutions that support consistency across products and platforms.
• Stay current on emerging design patterns, industry trends, and best practices relevant to enterprise software and mobile experiences and apply relevant learnings to the work.
• Collaborate with engineers throughout implementation to clarify design intent, address design questions, and help maintain the quality of the final user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience (UX), Visual Design, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Portfolio demonstrates strong design fundamentals, including user interface design, visual design, typography, interaction design, and ideation.
• Demonstrated ability to make thoughtful, outcome-oriented design decisions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical considerations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Ability and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and design practices.
• Experience designing across platforms, including web and mobile (Android and/or iOS), with an understanding of platform-specific design considerations.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional partners to develop and deliver user-centered solutions. Preferred Qualifications:
