Job Description

Buffalo Bayou Park is seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Assistant to support visitors and daily park operations. The position involves answering questions, providing information, assisting guests, and helping maintain a welcoming experience throughout the park.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide helpful information about park facilities and activities.
• Respond to customer questions in person, by phone, and through email.
• Assist visitors with directions, reservations, events, and general park information.
• Support daily administrative and customer service activities.
• Help resolve visitor concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with basic data entry.
• Coordinate with park staff regarding visitor needs and operational issues.
• Promote a clean, safe, and welcoming visitor environment.

Requirements

• Previous customer service, hospitality, recreation, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and office skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
