Job Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Lead Power BI Developer to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Power BI, Data Modeling, DAX, SQL, Data Warehousing, Azure Data Platform, ETL/ELT, and Enterprise Reporting , along with proven leadership experience delivering executive dashboards, self-service analytics, and data-driven decision-making solutions.

This role requires ownership of BI architecture, reporting strategy, data visualization standards, performance optimization, data governance, and analytics platform modernization initiatives .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPI solutions .
• Architect end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions supporting executive reporting, operational analytics, and self-service BI.
• Develop advanced Power BI semantic models, datasets, tabular models, and enterprise reporting frameworks .
• Design scalable data models, star schemas, snowflake schemas, fact tables, and dimension tables .
• Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, KPIs, and business metrics.
• Optimize Power BI performance through query tuning, model optimization, aggregations, and incremental refresh strategies.
• Integrate Power BI with Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Snowflake, and other enterprise data platforms.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS), governance, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, executives, Data Engineers, Architects, and Product Owners to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Lead reporting modernization initiatives and establish enterprise BI best practices.
• Mentor BI developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical leadership across reporting projects.
