Mortgage Servicing Class - Start Date - Tentative 11/9

First 45 days fully on-site for training. Training Schedule is 9:30am to 6pm

10:30am to 7pm and 11:30am to 8pm shifts hybrid after training. Hybrid schedule is based off of meeting adherence, quality and attendance expectations

Hybrid schedule is 2 days on-site and 3 days remote

***NO TIME OFF IN FIRST 6 WEEKS!***

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 45-60 inbound customer calls per day, with call volume fluctuating based on business needs. Average call duration ranges from 2 to 7 minutes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming mortgage servicing inquiries from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions.
• Respond to questions related to mortgage payments, escrow accounts, homeowners insurance coverage, and other servicing-related matters.
• Research customer inquiries across multiple systems and accurately document all interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional service while meeting established quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
• Resolve customer concerns by utilizing strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify appropriate solutions.
• Navigate multiple applications simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering a positive customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including borrowers, insurance providers, and financial institutions.
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to excellent service.

***TESTING: Basic Computer Literacy (70% is passing) One Minute Typing Test (35 WPM is Passing)***

Must Have

At least 1 year of RECENT customer service experience (call center experience is preferred, but will consider candidates with front desk/admin experience - NOT just retail or food service)

Efficient in using a windows PC computer and navigating multiple software systems (must be tech savvy)

Good verbal and written communication skills (will be on the phone all day and be required to follow up via email in some instances)

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
