Project Estimator/Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Estimator/Project Manager to lead the planning, estimating, and execution of construction projects for our Commercial/Industrial sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive project success from initial conception to delivery. You will coordinate with customers and contractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with budget expectations.

Duties

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive equipment estimates using tools such as Salesforce and manufacturer-specific equipment sizing programs.
• Oversee the bidding process by creating bid packages, evaluating constructions drawings, equipment schedules and specifications to create quotes and ensure competitive, profitable pricing.
• Manage project scope changes, track costs, and implement cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate equipment submittals, equipment release to production, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery to projects.
• Review contracts and change orders to mitigate risks and clarify project deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to resolve issues promptly, ensuring seamless communication between all stakeholders.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction estimating combined with project management roles within the construction industry is preferred, but BBC Pump can train qualified candidates in all aspects of the role.
• Proficiency in reading construction plans and specification documents is preferred, but not required.
• Hands-on construction site experience with mechanical systems is a positive.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
