Administrative Operations and Digital Marketing & Assistant

ChefKas and the Las Vegas Capoeira Academy are expanding, and we are looking for a versatile, self-motivated Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to contribute creatively and operationally to two dynamic, fast-moving brands in culinary arts, performance nutrition, and martial arts education.

Position Overview

The Virtual Assistant will support daily operations, content creation, communication, and marketing efforts across ChefKas, Delightful Chefs (CK²), Las Vegas Capoeira Academy, and KasCoaching. No two days will be the same — this role is ideal for someone who loves variety, learning new skills, and contributing creatively.

Responsibilities

Creative & Content Support

• Basic video editing for social media and class or food highlight reels
• Flyer design and email campaign asset creation (Canva or similar tools)
• Social media post scheduling and light content formatting or captioning

Communication & Admin

• Basic emailing, follow-ups, and client communication
• Phone skills for callbacks, confirmations, and lead follow-up
• Organization of digital content, documents, and marketing materials
• Assist with scheduling, reminders, and coordinating project timelines

Tech & Systems

• Learn and work within internal systems (LeadConnector, email CRMs, scheduling platforms, social tools, Google Drive, etc.)
• Provide basic to intermediate tech support and troubleshoot small tasks as needed

Business Support Across Brands

• Assist with ChefKas meal service and catering communication
• Support Capoeira Academy promotions, events, sign-ups, and class marketing
• Help implement social media strategies, email campaigns, and automation tasks
• Provide general operational support wherever needed

Ideal Candidate

• Based in the United States
• Able to work during Pacific Time hours and available for calls as needed
• Hard-working, proactive, and eager to learn
• Creative eye for design and content
• Basic video editing competency (CapCut, Canva, iMovie, Adobe Rush, etc.)
• Experience with Canva or similar design platforms
• Strong communicator — friendly, professional, and responsive
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Position Details

• Part-time to start (10–20 hours per week)
• Potential to grow into full-time
• Flexible schedule with consistent weekly responsibilities
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with opportunities for increases as responsibilities expand
