The Role

You are a hungry, detail-oriented designer with 1 to 2 years of experience under your belt. You understand the rhythm of digital content and know that every format choice, color palette, and typographic decision needs a clear purpose. In this freelance role, you will collaborate with our team to produce high-impact assets that elevate our brand and our clients’ campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

  • Asset Creation: Design high-quality visual content across digital platforms, including social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok), website layouts, and marketing collateral.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain and execute distinct visual identities, ensuring brand consistency and narrative flow across all touchpoints.
  • Visual Strategy: Transform briefs and strategic concepts into polished, conversion-focused designs.
  • Agile Iteration: Adapt designs swiftly based on feedback, cultural trends, and platform-specific requirements.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design (agency, in-house, or strong freelance background).
  • Technical Proficiency: Fluency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Figma is a plus).
  • Design Fundamentals: A sharp eye for typography, spatial layout, color theory, and composition.
  • Portfolio: A strong body of work that demonstrates both your creative range and your ability to solve visual problems logically.
