Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a service professional with extensive customer service experience to join our Customer Service team. This key position will promote and support a positive work atmosphere, with heavy emphasis on professionalism, teamwork, empowerment, and accountability. This position is based in the Hazleton, PA area.

Initial onsite training: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Hybrid schedule after training: Work from home Monday – Tuesday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Onsite Wednesday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Verifies information provided on the customer order to ensure order entry accuracy.
• Processes customer orders promptly and in line with current order entry procedures.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Monitors and manages open orders to ensure customer delivery dates are met.
• Handles customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally.
• Handles and resolves customer complaints.
• Documents customer interactions.
• Works internally to resolve problems, facilitate solutions, and enhance the customer experience.
• Initiates and maintains a positive experience for the customer.
• Educates the customer on Forbo products, applications, and processes.
• Participates in and provides expertise as a member of the Customer Service team.
• Provides back up support to other team members.
• Participates, supports, and provides feedback on the Perfect Service program and Forbo’s policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
