Customer Service Representative

A growing residential glass and sliding door company serving the Las Vegas area is hiring a part-time, remote Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice of the company — the first person our customers talk to. (Company name shared with qualified applicants during the interview process.) What you’ll do: - Answer incoming calls and greet every caller professionally - Call new leads promptly, qualify them, and follow up until the job is booked or closed out - Schedule estimates, service visits, and installations on the company calendar - Follow up on open quotes and check in with past customers - Collect before/after project photos from the crew and file them with the job records - Keep customer records and job notes accurate and up to date - Coordinate with the field crew so everyone’s on the same page What we’re looking for: - Great phone presence — warm, clear, professional - Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls, not just waiting for the phone to ring - Organized and reliable — you manage your own follow-up list without being chased - Basic computer skills (email, calendar, CRM — we’ll train you on our systems) - Previous customer service, dispatch, or inside sales experience is a plus, especially in home services or the trades - Quiet home workspace and reliable internet connection Compensation: - $16–$18/hour, depending on experience - Plus $25 for every completed job you book or bring back through follow-up (paid when the job is completed and paid for) - Part-time (20 hrs/week), remote To apply: Email your resume to [email protected]
