• Assist customers with sales opportunities by identifying their requirements and guiding them through product or service options.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and update client information using Microsoft Office tools.
• Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads or resolve ongoing concerns, demonstrating proactive engagement.
• Practice excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients across diverse backgrounds.

Experience

• Previous call center experience or customer support roles demonstrating strong phone communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse client base effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
