Creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor
Remote · UK working hours · Monday to Friday
About PropertyFlow
PropertyFlow is a property management platform based in Edinburgh, built for short-term rental and holiday-let hosts across the UK.
Our software brings bookings, guest communication, pricing, operations, compliance and other day-to-day tasks into one place, helping property owners manage their businesses more easily.
We’re looking for a Creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our small team and take ownership of our visual content and creative output. This role is focused on graphic design, video editing, social media content and creative content production across PropertyFlow’s marketing and brand.
You’ll work remotely during UK hours, Monday to Friday, and collaborate closely with the marketing and wider team.
What you’ll be working on
- Creating high-quality graphics for social media, marketing campaigns and the PropertyFlow brand.
- Designing creative assets for LinkedIn, Meta and other social media platforms.
- Editing short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns and promotional content.
- Creating engaging Reels, short videos, promotional videos and other video content.
- Creating thumbnails, covers, banners, carousels, infographics and other visual assets.
- Developing creative concepts for social media content and marketing campaigns.
- Turning content ideas, briefs and marketing messages into engaging visual content.
- Working on strong hooks, pacing, storytelling and visual elements to make content more engaging.
- Creating content that communicates PropertyFlow’s product, features, benefits and brand clearly.
- Repurposing existing content into different formats for social media and marketing channels.
- Keeping up with current social media formats, creative trends and content styles that are actually working.
- Reviewing content performance and using insights to improve future creative work.
- Working directly with the marketing team on campaigns, product updates, announcements and new creative ideas.
- Maintaining consistency across PropertyFlow’s visual identity, branding and content.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, Video Editor or Content Creator.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing and social media content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media creative and what makes content visually engaging.
- Excellent graphic design skills with strong visual judgment and attention to detail.
- Strong video editing skills, including pacing, transitions, captions, hooks and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant channels.
- Experience creating thumbnails, carousels, reels, promotional videos and marketing creatives.
- Comfortable working with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of content creation, including hooks, storytelling, formats, trends and audience engagement.
- Ability to turn a brief or idea into creative content independently.
- Someone who understands that good content is not just about making something look good — it needs to communicate a message and drive engagement.
- Someone who keeps up with current design and content trends without simply copying every trend.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in branding.
- Someone who can take a brief, ask the right questions and work independently.
- Experience working with a SaaS company, software product or digital business would be an advantage.
The ideal person
We’re looking for someone who is highly creative, hands-on and confident across both design and content creation.
You should be comfortable taking an idea from concept to finished creative — whether that means designing a social media post, editing a video, creating a campaign visual, producing a carousel or developing a new content concept.
You should have a strong understanding of what works on social media and be able to balance creativity with the marketing objective behind every piece of content.
We’re a small team, so you’ll work closely with the people making decisions about the product, marketing and brand. Good ideas can move quickly from a conversation to something people actually see.
