🚨 Hiring: Customer Service Support 3 – CW | Livermore, CA

We’re looking for a Customer Service Support 3 – CW to join a leading semiconductor equipment company in Livermore, California .

Customer Service Support

📍 Location: Livermore, CA 94551

🏢 Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH

🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST

📚 Training: First 4–6 weeks onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST

🔹 Role Overview

This role supports domestic and international customers and acts as a key liaison between customers, account teams, and field service engineers .

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, requests, and service inquiries
• Process customer orders, service orders, RMAs, exchanges, and urgent orders
• Enter and manage orders using SAP
• Monitor order status and coordinate timely fulfillment
• Coordinate shipping, deliveries, outbound and reverse logistics
• Support urgent/machine-down orders
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer and order issues
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
• Check inventory and stock availability using business systems and reports

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of customer service or call center experience
• Experience with SAP order entry
• SAP VA01, MD04, and MMBE experience is highly desirable
• Experience with RMA, returns, order management, logistics, or shipping
• Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Semiconductor or technical manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to work occasional weekends/holidays based on business needs
