Senior Designer, Digital Brand Experience

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Designer, Digital Brand Experience to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will shape future-facing digital experiences across web and mobile, with a strong emphasis on brand expression, interaction design, and cohesive customer journeys. The designer will help define experience frameworks and design patterns that bring strategic vision to life in a way that is both innovative and usable. Collaboration will be central, working closely with cross-functional partners to translate technology and business goals into compelling digital solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of future digital experiences for web and mobile
• Define and validate the company’s future vision for design
• Reimagine end-to-end web experiences from conceptualization to execution
• Address strategic design problems with analytical thinking and creativity
• Establish design patterns for product teams to use in digital offerings
• Create cohesive storytelling and experiential language for digital journeys
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technology into actionable design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in digital product and experience design, including senior roles
• Experience in concept-driven design for web and mobile
• Ability to define interaction models and design frameworks effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and other design tools; AI tools are a plus
• Strong communication skills for presenting ideas confidently
• Portfolio showcasing strong brand and visual design skills
