Senior Customer Service Rep

Supporting landscape professionals across the region

American Wholesale Nurseries supplies landscape contractors and property developers across the region with plants, trees, and site materials. As a Senior Customer Service Rep, you will handle inquiries and support commercial clients as they manage their orders and projects.

Your daily work

• Answering inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding plant availability, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Resolving delivery discrepancies and product issues for landscape contractors and property developers.
• Coordinating with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure wholesale orders move out on time.
• Maintaining accurate account records and order histories within the customer database.

What we are looking for

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, ideally within a wholesale, B2B, or green industry environment.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to manage high-volume inquiries during peak planting seasons.
• Familiarity with CRM software and order management systems.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week in a remote setup based in New York, United States.

Compensation

The salary for this role is USD 3,800–5,200 per month.

Your first months at American Wholesale Nurseries
