Join Our Personal Lines Team
Doyle & Ogden Insurance is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Agent who enjoys taking care of clients and being part of a great team.
We believe excellent insurance service is about more than processing policy changes. It’s about building relationships, answering questions, solving problems, and making sure our clients feel confident that they’re well taken care of.
If you have Personal Lines insurance experience, strong customer service skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we’d like to talk with you.
In this role, you’ll:
- Build strong relationships with our Personal Lines clients
- Help clients with coverage questions, policy changes, billing, and other insurance needs
- Work directly with insurance carriers to resolve service issues
- Maintain accurate client and policy information
- Help identify coverage needs and opportunities to better protect our clients
- Collaborate with a knowledgeable and experienced insurance team
We’d love to find someone who has:
- Experience in Personal Lines insurance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- The ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
- Independent agency experience, although it is not required
- Experience with Applied software, which is a plus
