Smart Choice Remodeling is a growing Arizona remodeling company looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to support our customers, project team, and sales team.

This is a remote contract position for an Arizona resident. We are looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized, follows through, and genuinely cares about creating a five star customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with customers throughout their remodeling experience
• Coordinating scheduling between customers, project managers, sales representatives, and trade partners
• Confirming customer and sales appointments
• Communicating with new sales opportunities and helping coordinate appointments
• Assisting with project scheduling, routing, and customer updates
• Following up on outstanding customer and project items
• Keeping customer and project information organized and up to date
• Providing day to day customer care and coordination support
• Helping ensure every customer receives timely, professional communication and a five star experience

What We Are Looking For

The right person will be organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email. You should be able to manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and follow through without letting details fall through the cracks.

Experience in customer service, scheduling, construction, home improvement, project coordination, or office administration is helpful, but not required.

This is an entry level opportunity with room to take on additional responsibilities and increase compensation as our company continues to grow.

Compensation: $720 per week
