AI Agentic Delivery Lead

In this highly visible leadership role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technology, partnering with senior stakeholders, AI teams, and external vendors to identify high-value opportunities, evaluate AI architectures, and deliver scalable agentic solutions that create measurable business impact. This is not a hands-on engineering role. Instead, you’ll provide strategic oversight, challenge vendor recommendations, guide solution delivery, and ensure AI initiatives align with enterprise governance, security, and business objectives.

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of experience in technology, consulting, digital transformation, product leadership, or program delivery
• Proven experience delivering AI/GenAI initiatives from concept through adoption
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and multi-agent systems
• Experience evaluating enterprise AI architectures and managing technology vendors
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes
• Background in a regulated industry required
