About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Billing Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer support while handling order processing and billing with precision using QuickBooks and operative systems. If you have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and experience in customer service—especially in medical supply or healthcare—we want to hear from you!
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Provide professional and friendly support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and account-related questions.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to address customer needs.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues as needed.
Billing & Order Processing (QuickBooks-Focused)
- Process customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately using QuickBooks and other systems.
- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely invoicing.
- Proactively identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Assist with account reconciliation, audits, and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (medical supply or healthcare preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (experience with other accounting software is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
