T. Hulett & Associates is looking for a dependable, outgoing, and organized Licensed Insurance Office Representative to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well on the phone, and can handle multiple responsibilities throughout the day.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails
- Assisting current and prospective customers
- Updating customer and policy information
- Following up with customers as needed
- Helping identify additional insurance needs and opportunities
- Providing excellent customer service
- Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty insurance license
- Life insurance license
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
- Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
Compensation: Starting at $20/hour plus commission
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
